-如受理事會書面邀請成為資深會員，可永久豁免會費。

The membership fee of a Fellow Member can be waived permanently If the candidate is officially invited by the Committee Board.

-年滿65歲之普通會員，會費可減半（須出示有關證明文件）。

The membership fee is halved for Regular Members who are 65 years old or above (requires relevant supporting documents).

會籍相關

-會籍生效期由每年1月1日至12月31日。

Membership is effective from 1 January to 31 December of the year.

-服務30小時或以上之義工，可自動升級為普通會員，並可豁免該年度會費。

Volunteer that serves more than 30 hours can be upgraded to Regular Member. The membership fee of that year can be waived.

-符合資深會員資格之普通會員，可向理事會遞交書面升級申請，並出示有關證明文件，經由理事會審批其資格。

Regular Members who meet Fellow Membership requirement can submit a written membership upgrade request with relevant supporting documents to the Committee Board. The request will be processed by the Committee Board.

-會籍一經本會確認即時生效。成功申請者將收到電郵/Whatsapp確認。如繳交會費兩星期後，仍未收到任何通知，請電郵或致電與本會職員聯絡。

Membership will be in effect upon confirmation from the ISHK. Applicants shall receive a confirmation via email or Whatsapp upon membership approval. If the applicant does not receive any notification, Please contact us by email or phone.

-會籍及會員卡只供會員本人使用，不可轉讓。

Membership and membership cards are not transferable and may only be used by the named Member.

團體會籍相關

-成為公司會員的公司，其公司成員（僱主、僱員）可享有等同該會籍的權利；

-成為學校會員的學校，其學校成員（包括但不限於校董、校監、校長、教職員），可享有等同該會籍的權利，就讀該校之學生及家長除外；

-可派代表參加本會的活動

參選理事會相關

-資深會員如滿足參選條件（如年資及貢獻），可以參選下年度理事會成員（包括會長、副會長、秘書長、司庫）。

香港魚類學會保留所有的最終決定權。
